1. Service Description

BoxBnb Modular Urban Hub (the "Service") provides smart accommodation, entertainment facilities, and related city services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following terms.

2. Booking and Cancellation

A contract is formed once an online booking is confirmed. Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before check-in. Cancellations within 3 days will incur the first-night charge. No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Stay Rules

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Please treat all equipment and facilities with care. Damages are subject to compensation at cost. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and violations will incur a cleaning fee of NT$5,000.

4. Entertainment Facilities

Please use KTV, mahjong, BBQ, and other facilities according to on-site rules. During late-night hours (22:00-08:00), please keep noise down to protect other guests.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed only at locations and room types marked as pet-friendly. Pets must be kept clean, and owners are responsible for any damage caused.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters or epidemics). Please take care of your personal belongings; the company does not assume custody responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, design, and code) is owned by BoxBnb and may not be copied or reproduced without authorization.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of dispute, the Tainan District Court shall be the court of first instance.
