BoxBnb is Taiwan's first future entertainment living hub with overnight stays, combining smart accommodation, KTV party pods, a transparent mahjong pavilion, premium BBQ, and Boxwash smart laundry services.

We use a fully self-service check-in flow. After booking is confirmed, you will receive a QR code. Scan it to open the pod door with no front-desk contact required.

Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at selected locations based on daily room status.

Some locations support pet stays (such as Yilan and Kenting). Please select the "Pet Friendly" filter when booking and follow related rules.

Some entertainment facilities are included in room plans, while others are add-on experiences. Please refer to each location's room plan details.

Yes. Boxwash smart laundry is open to the public 24/7, and both guests and non-guests can use it.

Online bookings support credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB) and Line Pay. On-site equipment supports EasyCard and Apple Pay.

Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before check-in. Cancellations within 3 days will incur the first-night fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
